·         Keeping all departments updated through communication with All Concerned Dept. (Fabric, Trim Sampling, Production Quality, Documentation) : For allocating of orders as per delivery & capacity plan. Giving various approvals to dept. (fabric, trims, and sampling). Ensuring delivery schedule. Conducting production meeting.

·         Sampling: Getting all designs made as per tech pack received.

Work with the Technical & Quality team and communicating with them on buyer’s requirement for final product and to ensure quality of design is represented same on sample.
